You can learn mosaic arts, sign up for classes @ Carrollwood Culture Center or Dunedin Fine Arts Center, in Tampa, FL. Khalil is an independent instructor teaching mosaic arts at Tampa Parks and Recreation centers, Carrollwood and Dunedin Centers, and The Tampa Housing Authority.
